Guest Rooms
Little River B&B offers five individually decorated guest rooms, one on the first floor, three on the second floor and a brand new private space on the third floor. Each guest room has a Queen bed and private bath. The B&B offers several common spaces including the dining area with coffee and tea, available any time of day. There is a small fridge and microwave for guests' use. The first floor living room has a wood burning fireplace, television and games for entertainment. The second-floor sunroom with large windows overlooking the Nubanusit River is great for quiet time and reading. The outdoor deck, patio and yard have seating overlooking the river. Each room includes high-speed wi-fi, internet television, charging stations, blow dryers, make up mirrors and alarm clocks. An iron and ironing board are available. All guest rooms have a window air conditioner for the warmer season, and most have a quaint gas stove fireplace for the colder months.
ADA Accessible Rooms: Unfortunately, as a small B&B set in an 1870s farmhouse, we regret that our home is unable to accommodate any ADA accessible guest rooms.

Beech Tree Room
Celebrating the beauty of nature, the second floor Beech Tree room is decorated in a serene green with beige accents. This second floor guest room is shaded by red maple and beech trees and offers views and sounds of the Nubanusit River. The room features a Queen size bed, gas stove fireplace, writing desk, small dining table, and attached full private bath with combination tub/shower.
Goose Brook Room
This cozy second floor guest room has wonderful views of the Nubanusit River. Decorated with sky blue walls and light pine furniture. Relax to the sounds of the river as you drift off to sleep. The Goose Brook features a Queen size bed and an attached full private bath with large walk in shower with dual shower heads.
North Woods Room
Our newly updated and renovated North Woods room celebrates the beauty of New England in the winter. This spacious second floor guest room is decorated in shades of icy blue, grey and white with navy accents. The North Room features a Queen sized sleigh bed, gas stove fireplace, small dining table, and attached full private bath with shower. This room also contains a love seat that pulls out to a twin bed to accommodate a third guest or allow two guests to sleep separately (additional charge for third person). This room overlooks Union Street.
